Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years (many years more is good too) experience in a lean HR function for a small to medium size organisation.
  • Obsessive attention to detail, ensuring everything is error-free even in a high output environment.
  • High fluency in HRIS, Performance Management and ATS tooling (Deel, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever, Leapsom, PERK) with the ability to automate repetitive tasks and pull custom reports.
  • A proven track record of identifying friction in the employee lifecycle and proposing innovative fixes without being asked.
  • Ability to translate complex policies into simple language while handling sensitive health and disciplinary data with absolute confidentiality.
  • Functional literacy in employment laws somewhere (we’re global, so you can’t know it all, but a foundation in at least a single region) and the ability to identify legal risks for escalation.
  • Experience remaining effective during rapid organisational changes and the ability to balance long-term projects against daily HR support.
