What you'll do
- •Partner with the business and HR leaders to implement the People strategy
- •Lead strategic HR initiatives and transformations within the People Department
- •Develop talent strategy in collaboration with executive management
- •Work with Talent Acquisition, C&B, and Talent Management teams
- •Manage organizational design and development (org design, org health)
- •Identify and close competency gaps in teams
- •Develop succession planning for key roles
- •Coach top management on change management and communications
- •Formulate and implement long-term HR strategy
- •Drive changes and development of company culture
