What you'll do
- โขPartner with the business and HR leaders to implement the People strategy
- โขLead strategic HR initiatives and transformations within the People Department
- โขDevelop talent strategy in collaboration with executive management
- โขWork with Talent Acquisition, C&B, and Talent Management teams
- โขManage organizational design and development (org design, org health)
- โขIdentify and close competency gaps in teams
- โขDevelop succession planning for key roles
- โขCoach top management on change management and communications
- โขFormulate and implement long-term HR strategy
- โขDrive changes and development of company culture
