Description
What you'll do
- •Partner with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering to define problems, identify opportunities, and shape product vision.
- •Translate user needs and business objectives into clear, intuitive experience solutions.
- •Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components for consumer applications across web and native mobile.
- •Balance usability, accessibility, and visual polish while iterating on product UI.
- •Build and evolve scalable design systems that support cross-team collaboration and product expansion.
- •Define UI patterns, principles, documentation, and tooling to support consistency and efficiency.
- •Work closely with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation and quality throughout development cycles.
- •Set design KPIs to measure impact of design work and iterate accordingly.

Requirements
- •5+ years of product design experience in Web3 or DeFi; experience at crypto exchanges or other digital asset platforms.
- •Proven track record of designing consumer-facing web and mobile interfaces with demonstrable outcomes.
- •Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- •Strong understanding of UX fundamentals: interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, responsive design.
- •Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
- •Clear communicator able to articulate design decisions and influence product discussions.
- •Nice to have: Familiarity with user research methodologies and analytics platforms.
