Description
What you'll do
- •Build and evolve demo flows and sandbox experiences that make Constructor's AI and personalization capabilities viscerally compelling for prospects.
- •Drive a demo reliability programme: instrumentation, regression coverage, stubbing strategy, and measurable AE trust signals.
- •Own the release-readiness process: create a lightweight "demo-readiness" bar and cross-team process.
- •Establish a clear intake + prioritization system for demo requests.
- •Enable self-serve sandbox workflows that reduce PUIS engineering involvement.
- •Drive the Disruptive Demo as an "inspire-the-future" asset.
- •Set the foundation for Product-Led Growth: identify PLG wedges, define hypotheses and metrics.

Requirements
- •5+ years of product management experience in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
- •Demonstrated sales or GTM product thinking.
- •Strong platform and reliability mindset.
- •Proven ability to influence without authority across various stakeholders.
- •Comfort using data to make prioritization decisions.
- •Experience owning a roadmap that spans both near-term execution and longer-term strategic bets.
