What you’ll do

- •Drive adoption across MetaMask by partnering closely with internal teams to integrate a consistent identity layer, while balancing privacy, trust, and global regulatory requirements.
- •Lead execution end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.

Requirements
What we are looking for
- •Proven experience building or scaling identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding products.
- •Strong background in fintech, ideally with exposure to Web3.
- •Hands-on experience working with identity verification providers (IDV vendors) such as Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity.
- •Familiarity with compliance workflows, including KYC, KYB, and customer due diligence (CDD) processes.
- •Track record of delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams.
- •Ability to operate across both technical systems and user experience.
