Description
What you'll do
- •Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, and operational roles
- •Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring strategy and sourcing plans
- •Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- •Maintain a high level of candidate experience
- •Analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline health
- •Support employee lifecycle processes
- •Work on performance management, retention, and employee relations
- •Partner with the leadership team on HR initiatives
- •Develop HR best practices and participate in policy development

Requirements
- •Up to 5 years of overall HR experience
- •2–3 years of experience as a Recruiter in gamedev is a must
- •Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- •Fluent in Russian and English
- •Experience or understanding of the HR Business Partner role
- •Good understanding of HR processes and employment practices
- •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- •Experience in hiring tech/product roles is a plus
- •Knowledge of ATS/HRIS is a plus
- •Experience with international or remote teams is a plus
