What you'll do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, and operational roles

  • Partner with the leadership team on HR initiatives
  • Develop HR best practices and participate in policy development

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years of overall HR experience
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Recruiter in gamedev is a must
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • Experience or understanding of the HR Business Partner role
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employment practices
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in hiring tech/product roles is a plus
  • Knowledge of ATS/HRIS is a plus
  • Experience with international or remote teams is a plus
