Description
What you'll do
- •Partner with Sales to support technical evaluations, RFPs, and proof-of-concept engagements for APAC prospects
- •Lead technical demos and architecture discussions, translating customer requirements into Mesh integration strategies
- •Build and present solution designs that map Mesh's APIs, SDKs, and smart routing capabilities to customer use cases
- •Provide technical input on deal scoping, including feasibility and integration complexity estimates
- •Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, building confidence with customer engineering and product teams
- •Guide customer engineering teams through SDK and API integration, from sandbox to production launch
- •Own the technical implementation process for APAC accounts, coordinating with US-based Solutions Architects on complex builds
- •Conduct integration reviews and troubleshoot issues during onboarding to reduce time-to-live
- •Create and maintain region-specific playbooks, implementation guides, and best practices documentation
- •Track implementation milestones and proactively communicate status to internal stakeholders and customers
- •Drive adoption and optimization post-launch, helping customers scale volume and expand use cases
- •Serve as the first point of technical triage for APAC customer issues during regional business hours
- •Investigate and diagnose issues using Datadog, Amplitude, and internal tooling before escalating to US-based Support Engineering or Product/Engineering teams
- •Provide clear, structured escalation context (reproduction steps, logs, impact assessment) to ensure fast resolution
- •Join live troubleshooting calls with customers to resolve API, SDK, and transaction-level issues
- •Identify patterns in support requests and feed insights back to Product and Engineering to drive platform improvements

Requirements
- •5+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, implementations, or a technical customer-facing role, with meaningful time spent in crypto, digital assets, or blockchain infrastructure
- •Crypto-native.
You understand wallets, on/off-ramps, stablecoins, DEXs, bridges, custodial vs. non-custodial architectures, and how crypto payments infrastructure works at a protocol and product level.
This is not a "nice to have."
- •Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and RESTful integrations.
You've built, debugged, and documented integrations yourself.
- •Comfortable running technical demos and leading architecture discussions with senior engineering, product stakeholders and senior leaders at enterprise accounts
- •Proven ability to manage multiple customers and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- •Clear, structured communicator, both written and verbal.
You can translate complex technical concepts for different audiences, from developer docs to executive messaging.
- •Self-directed and high-autonomy.
You'll be operating as the sole founding APAC CS resource and need to make sound decisions independently.
- •Familiarity with observability and analytics tools (Datadog, Amplitude, or similar)
- •Experience navigating the APAC crypto ecosystem, including regional exchanges, wallets, regulatory landscapes, and market dynamics
- •Comfortable working with distributed teams across timezones.
Your core overlap with the US team will be morning SGT / evening US PT.
- •Experience using and creating AI-assisted workflows and automation tools
- •Prior experience as an early hire or building a function from scratch at a high-growth startup
