Description
Primary Responsibilities
- •Design, build, and manage cloud and other infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- •Automate operations to improve efficiency
- •Design and build mechanisms for preventing and early detection of service failures, and respond to incidents
- •Promote migrations to new systems
- •Spread SRE culture and best practices within the company
- •Collaborate with various stakeholders involved in product development
Employment and Work Conditions
- •Employment Type: Full-time (No fixed term)
- •Probation Period: Yes (6 months), with no changes to labor conditions during the probation period
- •Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flextime system with core hours from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- •Break Time: 60 minutes during working hours
- •Overtime: Available
- •Smoking Prevention Measures: No smoking indoors

Requirements
Required Qualifications (Skills/Experience)
- •Over 3 years of experience in web application development
- •Comprehensive experience in designing, building, operating, and troubleshooting cloud architectures in public clouds
- •Knowledge and experience with RDBMS
- •Practical experience with IaC
- •Experience in building and operating monitoring platforms
- •Experience working collaboratively with development teams (products)
- •Native-level proficiency in Japanese or English
