What you'll do
- •Lead design for new product initiatives, from early exploration through launch, ensuring clear and usable customer experiences

Requirements
- •Significant experience designing consumer-facing digital products with a strong portfolio demonstrating craft and usability
- •Experience leading design work independently on complex projects, ideally in small teams or early-stage environments
- •Comfortable working within regulated domains and collaborating with legal or compliance partners
- •Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
- •Experienced with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and have incorporated AI tools into your workflow to improve efficiency
