Success Enterprise Solutions Consultant

This is a strategic, consultative role focused on long-term value and enterprise success.

• •Own post-onboarding success for strategic and high-ARR customers (£40k+ ARR)
• •Serve as the primary technical and operational advisor post go-live
• •Build deep relationships with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders
• •Lead health checks, business reviews, and success planning sessions
• •Map complex fund flows and ensure Cryptio remains the central source of financial truth
• •Advise on advanced crypto use cases (stablecoins, custody, DeFi, token operations, treasury)
• •Partner with Account Managers to identify expansion, upsell, and new use cases
• •Act as an escalation point for complex customer and technical challenges

• •You’ll work directly with some of the biggest names in stablecoins, DeFi, and institutional crypto
• •You’ll act as a true strategic partner, not just a support function
• •You’ll influence Cryptio’s product roadmap through real customer insight
• •You’ll gain exposure to complex, enterprise-scale crypto finance operations
• •You’ll operate in a high-trust, high-impact role with strong internal visibility
