Description
What you'll do
- •Lead full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles (Product, PM, Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing)
- •Source and attract candidates through various channels
- •Conduct initial interviews and assess soft skills / culture fit
- •Collaborate closely with hiring managers
- •Coordinate all stages of the hiring process
- •Support candidates until offer signing
- •Manage ATS (TeamTailor)
- •Participate in HR projects: automation, employer branding, etc.

Requirements
