Responsibilities
- •Proactively implement personalization in various entry points of the website and application by developing personal ranking models for search and/or catalog output.
- •Improve the quality of recommendations in product cards (cross-sell, similar items).
- •Enhance search quality (integrate vector and full-text search).
- •Hire and develop the team, conduct Code Reviews.
- •Build processes for effective interaction with product and development within Ecom.
- •Drive the development and filling of the feature store.

Requirements
- •Experience in leading a small team or a strong desire to gain this experience.
- •Practical experience in the full cycle of implementing recommendation or search algorithms in retail.
- •Broad knowledge of algorithms and architectures in search and recommendations.
- •Strong knowledge of approaches to solving classic ML tasks, learning-to-rank, and understanding of basic principles of training neural network models.
- •Experience with distributed data processing systems (PySpark).
