Requirements
- •Experience in a team/tech lead role for at least 2 years;
- •Strong knowledge of product development processes and ability to organize, optimize, and monitor them;
- •Ability to manage a team of 7-10 people (backend, frontend, iOS, Android, QA);
- •Ability to defend your position effectively;
- •Ability to provide feedback to colleagues constructively;
- •Ability to set tasks for the team and achieve results within agreed timelines;
- •Expertise in PHP/Symfony 5+, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka expertise is a plus;
- •Ability to take on tasks related to microservices architecture design;
- •Ability to select necessary technical solutions with reliability, scalability, and observability in mind;
- •Experience in monolith separation is a plus;
- •Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
