Description
What you'll do
- •Lead the full recruitment cycle for technical roles (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product, etc.)
- •Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- •Conduct screening and assess technical/cultural fit
- •Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- •Work with hiring managers and support hiring processes
- •Manage ATS and recruitment metrics
- •Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously

Requirements
