Description
Your Role
- β’Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns in video ad networks (Unity Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral).
- β’Work with DSP platforms (Moloco, Liftoff, Smadex).
- β’Search for partners and purchase incentivized traffic.
- β’Manage the full user acquisition (UA) cycle: testing hypotheses, validating them, scaling successful initiatives, and stopping ineffective activities.
- β’Prepare and launch soft launches.
- β’Monitor and analyze campaign performance and optimize according to established KPIs, based on key metrics including ROAS.
- β’Collaborate with internal teams: marketing, creative production, analytics, product, and others.
- β’Research and test new tools, channels, and strategies.
- β’Analyze campaigns using tools such as internal BI systems and the MMP Appsflyer to scale effective traffic sources.

Requirements
What makes you a great fit
- β’Experience with different product including web products - as a plus (incent traffic, DSP, video networks);
- β’Experience with subscription-based and ad-monetized products (games/utilities);
- β’3+ years of experience working with video ad networks;
- β’Experience with attribution and analytics systems (AppsFlyer, Adjust);
- β’Understanding of key performance metrics used to evaluate campaign effectiveness: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention, and ARPU;
- β’Ability to multitask and work with large volumes of data;
- β’Experience in planning and implementing user acquisition funnels across different channels;
- β’Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting);
- β’Experience conducting tests and working with hypotheses;
- β’English proficiency - B1 level or higher;
- β’Strong analytical skills and interest in analyzing user behavior and market trends;
- β’Experience working with rewarded traffic is a plus.
