Key Responsibilities

  • โ€ขPartnerships: Build relationships with organizers of singles groups, meetups, communities, and adjacent events to funnel their members into Couple.com.
  • โ€ขField Sales & Recruiting: Attend singles events, mixers, and gatherings โ€” sometimes on nights and weekends โ€” to recruit attendees and grow your network.
  • โ€ขSocial Engagement: Be active in comments, DMs, and online communities where singles spend their time, turning conversations into signups.
  • โ€ขRapid Iteration: Test new acquisition channels constantly. Kill what is not working, double down on what is.
  • โ€ขRetention Focus: Acquire the right users โ€” the ones who come back. Use repeat attendance as your signal for quality.
  • โ€ขReporting & Accountability: Own your numbers. Attendance growth, cost per attendee, and retention are your core KPIs.

  • โ€ขPrevious experience in sales, partnerships, community management, event production, influencer marketing, nightlife/promoting, or growth marketing is a plus, but not required. Attitude and track record of getting things done matter more than the titles on your resume.
  • โ€ขExcellent communicator โ€” in DMs, in person, on the phone, on stage if it comes to that.
  • โ€ขComfortable with ambiguity and willing to build the plane while flying it.
  • โ€ขWilling to work some evenings and weekends as the job demands โ€” attending events and being where the singles are.
  • โ€ขBased in the US or Canada. This role is fully remote.
