Description
What you'll do
In this role you will…
- •Manage warehouse inventory for security and low-voltage equipment, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and issuing materials
- •Stage and prepare job materials for field technicians ahead of installations and service calls
- •Track inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records
- •Support scheduling and dispatching of technicians to service calls and project sites
- •Handle inbound calls regarding service issues, take initial calls, create and submit service tickets, and ensure the customer account is billed appropriately
- •Upload and maintain required documentation for service tickets and customer accounts
- •Coordinate with management regarding inventory as needed
- •Use service platforms such as Service Titan to process tickets
- •Provide customer service support via phone, including responding to inquiries and routing service requests
- •Coordinate equipment returns, repairs, and warranty submissions
- •Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- •Serve as a primary point of contact for technicians regarding parts, tools, and equipment needs
- •Collaborate with Service, Operations, and Field teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of work
- •Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory management, and field support standards

Requirements
You've got what it takes if you have…
- •Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to pass a driver record background check
- •Inventory management experience in a warehouse environment, preferably handling security or low-voltage equipment
- •Customer service experience, including professional phone support
- •Scheduling and dispatching experience
- •Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- •Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- •Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
- •Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- •Ability to pass a standard background and security screening
- •Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
