Description

What you'll do

In this role you will…

  • •Manage warehouse inventory for security and low-voltage equipment, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and issuing materials
  • •Stage and prepare job materials for field technicians ahead of installations and service calls
  • •Track inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records
  • •Support scheduling and dispatching of technicians to service calls and project sites
  • •Handle inbound calls regarding service issues, take initial calls, create and submit service tickets, and ensure the customer account is billed appropriately
  • •Upload and maintain required documentation for service tickets and customer accounts
  • •Coordinate with management regarding inventory as needed
  • •Use service platforms such as Service Titan to process tickets
  • •Provide customer service support via phone, including responding to inquiries and routing service requests
  • •Coordinate equipment returns, repairs, and warranty submissions
  • •Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • •Serve as a primary point of contact for technicians regarding parts, tools, and equipment needs
  • •Collaborate with Service, Operations, and Field teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of work
  • •Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory management, and field support standards

Requirements

You've got what it takes if you have…

  • •Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to pass a driver record background check
  • •Inventory management experience in a warehouse environment, preferably handling security or low-voltage equipment
  • •Customer service experience, including professional phone support
  • •Scheduling and dispatching experience
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • •Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
  • •Ability to lift and move materials as needed
  • •Ability to pass a standard background and security screening
  • •Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
