Your Responsibilities

  • โ€ขDefine the commercial strategy for Polygon Labs across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, customer expansion, and revenue operations, creating a unified and accountable revenue organisation
  • โ€ขEstablish clear frameworks for ICP prioritisation, deal quality, pricing discipline, and commercial decision making, with a focus on long-term strategic value, sustainable economics, and durable revenue growth
  • โ€ขBuild and operate the commercial cadence for the company, including pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, deal reviews, compensation design, performance management, and executive reporting
  • โ€ขMature the RevOps function into a core operating capability with disciplined contract-to-revenue processes, scalable forecasting infrastructure, and reliable commercial insights
  • โ€ขPartner closely with Product and Marketing to translate product strategy into commercially scalable go-to-market execution and enterprise adoption
  • โ€ขDevelop senior commercial leaders capable of independently managing complex enterprise negotiations and strategic customer relationships at the highest levels
  • โ€ขEmbed AI-enabled workflows across the commercial organisation to improve forecasting, deal analysis, account research, pipeline management, and operational efficiency at scale
  • โ€ขStep directly into critical commercial situations when needed, supporting complex negotiations, executive stakeholder management, and high-impact enterprise deals

Requirements

What Youโ€™ll Need

  • โ€ขDemonstrated experience building and scaling revenue operating systems in high-growth technology, payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure environments, including forecasting, RevOps, deal governance, and commercial performance management
  • โ€ขA strong commercial judgment framework with a proven ability to distinguish between short-term revenue opportunities and long-term strategic value, and the confidence to make difficult prioritisation decisions when required
  • โ€ขA track record of leading complex enterprise sales cycles and commercial negotiations with large global organisations, ideally within payments, financial infrastructure, fintech, or adjacent enterprise technology markets
  • โ€ขExperience leading senior commercial teams in founder-led environments, with the ability to drive alignment, accountability, and execution across high-performing and opinionated operators
  • โ€ขExperience in payments infrastructure, fintech, or stablecoin-enabled financial products, with exposure to global money movement and enterprise go-to-market strategies
  • โ€ขStrong AI fluency and a demonstrated ability to integrate AI into commercial workflows, decision making, and operational processes across an organisation
