Description
What you'll do
- โขOwn end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise partners, serving as their primary point of contact post-contract
- โขLead onboarding and implementation for new partners, coordinating across Engineering, Product, and Support to ensure a smooth go-live
- โขRun regular partner engagement cadences including monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews, using AI to prep briefs, surface account signals, and draft follow-ups
- โขIdentify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Polygon Labs' product suite to drive expansion revenue
- โขMonitor account health, track adoption metrics, and use AI-assisted analysis to flag and resolve risks before they become churn
- โขAct as the escalation point for partner issues including billing, account inquiries, and audit-related requests
- โขRepresent the voice of the partner internally, bringing structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence roadmap and go-to-market decisions
- โขContribute to revenue tracking, renewal forecasting, and reporting to internal leadership
- โขBuild and refine AI-powered workflows that compound your output over time, from QBR prep to account research to partner communications

Requirements
- โข8+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or relationship management
- โขProven track record managing enterprise clients in fintech, payments, SaaS, or a related technical environment
- โขStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
- โขExperience owning commercial outcomes, renewals, retention, and expansion
- โขClear, structured communicator who can translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- โขDemonstrated fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day work, with concrete examples of how you use them to move faster, think sharper, or scale your coverage
- โขHigh learning velocity, you pick up new tools, products, and domains quickly and adapt your workflows accordingly
