Description
What you'll do
- •Own the design of dashboards, product metrics, and performance reports.
- •Automate product data solutions, reporting workflows, and pipelines.
- •Dive into large, complex datasets to create scalable data models.
- •Translate product and business requests into accurate reports and automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow.
- •Lead cross-functional projects to build and maintain high-quality data pipelines and sources.
- •Drive experimentation infrastructure by designing and launching A/B testing frameworks.
- •Support ad-hoc data requests.
- •Deliver insights that shape product direction through data-driven storytelling.
Requirements
- •7+ years of data analysis experience with deep knowledge of product KPIs and full funnel performance.
- •Strong product instinct and ability to connect marketing and product insights to drive business growth.
- •Mastery of SQL including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions.
- •Strong hands-on Python proficiency.
- •Familiarity with dbt is welcomed.
- •Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of data workflow orchestration.
- •Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- •Capable of creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex insights clearly.
- •Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- •A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor such as analytics, software engineering, or economics.
- •Must be based in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, Cyprus or Portugal with flexibility on working hours to support a globally distributed team.
