• •Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, aligned to customer needs and company goals
• •Own the wallet experience end-to-end, from onboarding and asset management to DeFi, payments, and onchain interactions
• •Design and deliver seamless wallet experiences by abstracting complex on-chain functionality into simple, user-friendly products.
• •Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations to deliver high-impact features
• •Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration
• •Identify opportunities to improve wallet adoption, activation, retention, and engagement
• •Stay close to wallet, DeFi, stablecoin, and onchain ecosystem trends to inform product direction
• •Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand wallet capabilities
• •Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement
• •Help establish Kraken Wallet as the preferred gateway to the onchain economy through secure, intuitive, and innovative user experiences

• •Obsessive product sense with a consumer-first mindset — you sweat the details of every user interaction, use data to diagnose friction, and have an unrelenting drive to make experiences simpler, faster, and more intuitive
• •Capable and calculated risk-taker — you make bold product bets with conviction, move fast when the signal is there, and treat setbacks as learning opportunities rather than reasons to slow down
• •Deep technical fluency — you are comfortable in the weeds of system architecture, understand Web3 and on-chain fundamentals, can read and dabble in code, and do not leave hard technical problems solely to engineering
• •Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating competing priorities and driving alignment in a dynamic, regulated environment
• •Macro-to-micro versatility: the ability to hold and defend a strategic view while staying close enough to the detail to make good product decisions
• •Well-rounded interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly across diverse, distributed teams
• •Mission alignment: this is essential for all Krakenites and we expect our people to champion our mission, along with our vision and values
• •4+ years of product management experience with a clear track record of shipping meaningful consumer-facing products, and prior crypto, Web3, trading, gaming or banking experience is required
