Job Responsibilities
- •Lead and shape the legal strategy for the company, aligning with business goals and growth plans.

- •Represent the company in external legal matters, including dealing with regulators and outside counsel as needed.

- •Extensive experience in a senior legal role, preferably as Deputy General Counsel or General Counsel in a technology or fintech environment.
- •Strong background in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law with a track record of handling complex contracts and negotiations.
- •Experience building and leading a legal team and partnering with executives on strategic initiatives.
- •Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global, remote environment with a pragmatic, business-focused approach.
