Description
What you'll do
- β’Drive outbound and inbound sales within the US and LATAM markets.
- β’Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing.
- β’Build trust and credibility with C-level executives.
- β’Partner closely with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and expansions.
- β’Partner with Product and Leadership to shape enterprise roadmap feedback.
- β’Educate customers on the value of compliance in crypto transactions (Travel Rule, VASPs).
- β’Run a disciplined enterprise pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain clean deal hygiene in HubSpot to support predictable growth.
- β’Represent Notabene at industry events, conferences, and private meetings (travel might be required).
Requirements
- β’6-10 years of enterprise sales experience with proven success in financial services or in crypto infrastructure, and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- β’You have consistently hit or exceeded enterprise quotas in complex, regulated environments.
- β’Track record of closing six-figure enterprise deals.
- β’Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services and/or crypto.
- β’Based in New York City or major financial hub in the Americas.
