What you will be doing

  • โ€ขLeverage AI to work smarter.

Requirements

What you bring

  • โ€ข3-6 years of People Operations experience at a startup or scale-up.
  • โ€ขOperational precision and follow-through.
  • โ€ขExperience supporting a globally distributed team.
  • โ€ขStrong analytical and systems thinking.
  • โ€ขAn empathetic mindset with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

  • โ€ขAdmin-level experience with Remote, Justworks, or Deel.
  • โ€ขFamiliarity with 15Five or a comparable performance management platform.
  • โ€ขFamiliarity with global HRIS platforms such as ChartHop, Lattice, or Hibob.
  • โ€ขExperience with Ashby or similar ATS.
