Description
What you'll do
- •Organize company-wide events (Summer Party, New Year Party, Programmer’s Day, etc.)
- •Define concepts, formats, and experience design for events
- •Manage the full cycle of event production: budgets, contractors, logistics, launch
- •Develop vendor pool and event documentation
- •Organize internal conferences, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing events
- •Work with C-level and senior stakeholders on content and program
- •Prepare speakers (structure, messaging, rehearsals)
- •Launch culture-driven initiatives for employee engagement
- •Support teams in organizing local events
- •Analyze engagement and event metrics, gather feedback, and improve processes
