Description
What you'll do
- •Manage hiring strategy and recruitment delivery for Technology & Product direction
- •Lead a team of 4-5 recruiters
- •Conduct intake meetings for complex and high-priority roles
- •Work with hiring managers and manage stakeholder expectations
- •Set KPIs and develop the recruitment team
- •Conduct funnel reviews and team retrospectives
- •Build hiring forecasts and recruitment analytics
- •Control Time-to-Hire, OAR, and funnel conversion
- •Maintain high-quality data hygiene in ATS
- •Independently close senior and complex roles
- •Support the team in difficult negotiations and closing processes

Requirements
- •6+ years of experience in IT recruitment (Tech + Product)
- •2+ years of experience in a Lead/Supervisor role
- •Experience working in a high-pressure environment
- •Data-driven analytics skills and experience with recruitment metrics
- •Experience in developing and coaching recruiters
- •Ownership mindset and results orientation
- •High standards of quality and process improvement approach
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- •English B2+ and Russian native
- •Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
