Key Responsibilities

- β’Create high-impact customer marketing assets; case studies, testimonials, video spotlights, and customer stories.
- β’Partner with Sales and Customer Success to amplify customer advocacy and expand adoption.
- β’Drive voice-of-customer initiatives, gathering feedback and insights to inform product and marketing strategy.
- β’Build and maintain sales enablement resources (battle cards, pitch decks, one-pagers) along with the support of head of sales enablement.
- β’Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to refine Collectly's positioning.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- β’5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, Customer Marketing in a SaaS healthcare tech environment.
- β’Background in healthcare, RCM, or EHR ecosystems.
- β’Strong storytelling ability - can translate technical features into clear, compelling customer benefits.
- β’Experience building GTM launch plans and enablement assets that drive adoption.
- β’Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- β’Comfortable interviewing customers, building case studies, and creating advocacy programs.
- β’Highly collaborative, able to work across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- β’Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms.
