Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • β€’5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, Customer Marketing in a SaaS healthcare tech environment.
  • β€’Background in healthcare, RCM, or EHR ecosystems.
  • β€’Strong storytelling ability - can translate technical features into clear, compelling customer benefits.
  • β€’Experience building GTM launch plans and enablement assets that drive adoption.
  • β€’Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • β€’Comfortable interviewing customers, building case studies, and creating advocacy programs.
  • β€’Highly collaborative, able to work across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • β€’Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms.
