What you'll do

- •Institutionalize Governance: Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls, transforming the finance function into a pillar of institutional credibility.
- •Executive Partnership: Serve as a core advisor to the executive team, providing data-driven insights and financial modeling that drive high-stakes decision-making and business model optimization.
- •Organizational Scaling: Design and implement a scalable financial tech stack and data infrastructure that automates routine reconciliations and provides real-time visibility into global performance.
- •Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead high-impact, cross-departmental initiatives—from M&A activity to complex tax structuring, ensuring all workstreams meet the highest standards of financial rigor.

Requirements
What you’ll need
- •Proven Executive Tenure: 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, with significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments.
- •Strategic Visionary: A track record of moving beyond the "numbers" to influence company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at the Board and executive levels.
- •High-Agency Leadership: Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams from the ground up.
- •Advanced Financial Architecture: Mastery of complex financial modeling, including the ability to synthesize multifaceted data sets into clear, actionable executive narratives.
- •Operational Excellence: The ability to instill structure and discipline in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment without sacrificing the agility required for a scaling startup.
