Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead your team consisting of facility managers, technicians, and back-office staff.
  • Be the main contact for external building service providers.
  • Responsible for planned and corrective maintenance and technical review of all building technology.
  • Ensure smooth operational building operations and be a 'Power User' of the CAFM system, building management technology (GLT), and energy management system (EMS).
  • Propose and implement optimization measures and document all services, especially inspection services.
  • Responsible for root cause analysis, resolution of system failures, budget control, and operating costs.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and relevant experience as a contact for technical facility management service providers.
