Responsibilities
- •Lead your team consisting of facility managers, technicians, and back-office staff.
- •Be the main contact for external building service providers.
- •Responsible for planned and corrective maintenance and technical review of all building technology.
- •Ensure smooth operational building operations and be a 'Power User' of the CAFM system, building management technology (GLT), and energy management system (EMS).
- •Propose and implement optimization measures and document all services, especially inspection services.
- •Responsible for root cause analysis, resolution of system failures, budget control, and operating costs.
