What you'll do
- •Design and build landing pages for the campaigns we’re launching, reports, webinars and our website in general
- •Create visuals for ads, social posts, and emails that align with each campaign’s goal
- •Study user behavior patterns to understand ways to drive conversions

- •Work closely with the content and growth teams to test new ideas

Requirements
- •You have 3+ years of experience in marketing design
- •You demonstrate strong proficiency in Figma for web design and marketing assets
- •You have a strong understanding of conversion design principles (visual hierarchy & attention flow, emotional triggers, color psychology, and typography impact)
- •You can create ad creatives for Meta, Google, X, and LinkedIn
- •You are familiar with A/B testing and interpreting performance data
- •You understand marketing funnels and lead-generation flows.
