Description
What you'll do
- •Qualify and onboard OTC Customers
- •Act as the main point of contact for customers to execute large trades
- •Ensure anticipated OTC trades are pre-funded or have adequate credit facilities
- •Maintain strong relationships with traders and institutional customers
- •Manage OTC trade disputes and Working Capital
- •Ensure timely settlement through established processes
- •Execute trades according to approved strategies
- •Actively manage the Profit and Loss of the APAC OTC desk
- •Conduct in-depth analyses of digital asset markets
- •Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- •Maintain accurate records of trades, P/L, risk, and performance metrics
- •Generate regular reports for stakeholders
- •Create specifications for improvements to Trading and Risk Systems
- •Evaluate and motivate for improvement of risk frameworks

Requirements
- •Minimum of 2 years of trading experience within a brokerage or sell-side OTC trading desk in crypto, FX, equities or derivatives
- •Proven track record of onboarding and growing institutional client accounts
- •Ability to adapt to a fast-paced trading environment
- •Strong attention to detail and accuracy in trade execution
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
- •Strong understanding of OTC trading and market structure (preferred)
- •Familiarity with trading platforms and APIs (preferred)
