Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • โ€ขCoordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, risk, compliance) to collect and review relevant information for reverse due diligence processes.
  • โ€ขReview vendor/customer questionnaires and respond with comprehensive, accurate, and timely information regarding company operations, financials, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • โ€ขAct as a liaison between BCB Group and external vendors or customers conducting due diligence, addressing inquiries and providing necessary documentation.
  • โ€ขStay informed on emerging trends and regulations in fintech, due diligence, and corporate governance to ensure our processes remain compliant.
  • โ€ขBuild and manage a database to develop an effective strategy to respond to these requests in a timely manner for new partners or customers as well as for periodic reviews.

Requirements

What Youโ€™ll Bring

  • โ€ข2โ€“4 years of experience in a due diligence, compliance, or risk management role, preferably within the fintech or banking industry.
  • โ€ขExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • โ€ขStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • โ€ขAn understanding of financial statements, business operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • โ€ขExperience with reverse due diligence processes and working with vendors and customers.
  • โ€ขFamiliarity with fintech industry standards, laws, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, KYC/AML, PCI-DSS) is highly preferred.
  • โ€ขExperience in a high-growth, fast-paced fintech environment is a strong advantage.
