  • โ€ขConvert the right prospects into qualified meetings for Immutableโ€™s Commercial team, including BD and Customer Growth.
  • โ€ขPrioritise leads based on profile quality, company context, seniority, commercial fit and intent, so the highest value conversations are actioned first.
  • โ€ขBook meetings with the right commercial stakeholder, making sure prospects understand why the conversation matters and what value Immutable can bring.
  • โ€ขHandle objections, follow ups and light qualification with clear written communication, good judgement and strong attention to detail.
  • โ€ขMaintain clean tracking across lead status, next steps, follow up dates, meeting context and handoff notes, so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • โ€ขUse AI to improve reply drafts, follow up sequences, objection handling responses, snippets and workflow improvements without making messaging feel generic.
  • โ€ขWork closely with Growth, Commercial and executive leadership to improve conversion, lead quality and meeting outcomes.
  • โ€ขHelp build a cold outbound motion, testing high quality copy, improving templates and learning which messages convert into meetings.

  • โ€ขExperience or clear comfort managing written outreach, customer conversations, prospect replies, candidate outreach, sales conversations or similar.
  • โ€ขFast follow up discipline. Youโ€™re organised, responsive and understand that speed matters when someone has shown interest.
  • โ€ขGood commercial judgement. You know when to book, qualify, follow up or disqualify, and youโ€™re comfortable asking for feedback when the call is close.
  • โ€ขCoachability and low ego. Youโ€™re happy to have your messages reviewed, edited and improved, especially while ramping.
  • โ€ขA high ownership mindset. Youโ€™ll be measured on conversion, meeting volume, meeting quality and clean handoffs, so weโ€™re looking for someone who takes pride in the details.
