Requirements
- •Proven management experience with strong technical skills and extensive technical knowledge in the fields of electrotechnics, mechanics, and automation technology (e.g., industrial and automated logistics systems).
- •Extensive experience in control systems (PLC) and related equipment.
- •Training as a mechatronics technician and further qualifications (e.g., state-certified technician).
- •Strong communication skills to convey expertise understandably and sustainably to colleagues.
- •Good English skills at B2 level to facilitate communication within the team.
- •Ability to create reports, handle tickets, and develop work instructions and documentation for your team.
- •Effectively identify and coordinate with external stakeholders, build business relationships, and solve problems collaboratively.
- •Team player eager to work in interdisciplinary teams in a 3-shift system.
