• •Drive the design, architecture, and delivery of performant, modular, and accessible frontend systems.
• •Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to shape and deliver on our product roadmap.
• •Champion user experience through hands-on engagement with dogfooding, feedback loops, and usability improvements.
• •Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration within a globally distributed team.
• •Mentor and develop engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally.
• •Guide initiatives that modernize our FE stack, improve reliability, and enhance performance at scale.

• •8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on frontend or full-stack development.
• •3+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineers (4–8 people) in a distributed environment.
• •Deep experience with TypeScript and React, including React Native for mobile.
• •Solid understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive UI design.
• •Proven track record of collaborating effectively with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams.
• •Passion for building delightful, high-quality user experiences in fast-moving, product-driven environments.

• •Exposure to backend technologies such as Rust, C++, Java, or Node.js.
• •Previous experience in Trading, Crypto, and/or Fintech.
